Apothigenic is an origin term where a system, subsystem, headmate, etc. hates their origin and/or talking about it. They may wish not to share what their origin is due to this. Systems, subsystems, headmates, etc. who go by this label may hate their origin and/or talking about it due to it being a specific trauma, talk of it just being uncomfortable, etc.
