A bordershard is a facet, shard or otherwise not fully separate member that formed due to identity disturbance of another member, and is attached to that member. May only front during situations where the part of identity that they correspond to becomes dominant, but don't have to be holders of something and can have active roles.[1]
Intended to be used by systems or members with Borderline Personality Disorder.
