A caretaker is a headmate whose role is taking care for or assisting with the system or other headmates. They may sooth, guide, or help process emotions for system members, including individual headmates, groups, or the system as a whole. Some caretakers look after the the body by keeping up with hygiene, going to work, or performing self-care.
