A charge is a headmate whose role is to be taken care of. Often this member helps their system by having a greater willingness or capability to ask for help and/or express intense emotions.

These members are often found close to caretakers and protectors.

Word History

"Charge" has been used to mean someone who is in one's care outside of plural spaces in the past, however, it is rarely used today.

Related Terms

Some people use little as a role label with similar meaning to charge, however little has an added age connotation that may or may not be relevant.
