A chronolayer is any variety of layer, cosmos, metalayer, or alarach, that exists as an alternate-timeline, past- or future- version of another layer or separate innerworld, and is called a chronolayer of that original layer. Chronolayers do not have to be connected in any way to their "original" layer, but often are.[1]
