Cluster structured or cluster polyfragmented+ describes polyfragmented, polyplural, polymultiple, or polyfaceted systems that tend to have a group of members front at a time rather than one person.

This can manifest as one person being in front while the rest of the cluster is co-conscious or near front, but it doesn’t have to. For most cluster-oriented systems, they only ever have cluster fronting and never just one person.[1]
