Conuengender, from the Latin term for 'correlated', is a gender modality for a trans system member living in a cis body. Some examples are when a trans-masc person is in an AMAB body, or a trans-fem person is in an AMAB body. The majority of people in system identify as the AGAB, and the conuengender member won’t usually transition, just that they identify as trans, while the body is cis.[1]
