(Because of discussion of us being banned among other issues, our system has made the quick decision to remove pages which we have significantly edited. The concept of modern dæmonism was heavily inspired by Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy, but there are some dæians who have not read the books nor are fans, and dæmonism has taken a community of its own.
Dæmons and dæmains may also celebrate their CIEday, or coming into existence day. This is the day when a dæmain begins talking to or creating their dæmon.
Some dæmains also have multiple daemons for any reason, this is known as multidae.
