A fixabased system is one whose headmates and/or structures are based in special interests or hyperfixations. This means that hyperfixations or special interests has affected the way a system exists, but it isn’t necessarily an ‘origin’.[1]

Related Terms

The origin equivalent to fixabased is fixagenic, and headmates originating from hyperfixations & special interests are called fixatives. These terms are exclusive to those with neurodevelopmental disorders. Additionally, spingenic & spintive are autistic-exclusive.
