Fleirgenic refers to a system that knows they are of mixed origins, but doesn't discern the origin of (most of, or all) their individual system members because it doesn’t matter to the system or they feel like they would accidentally cause an internalized hierarchy.

A system that has multiple origins, except system members don't have origins (either actually doesn’t, doesn’t feel member origins are important, etc.)[1]

Fleir- is derived from the Norwegian adjective fleire, meaning multi- or many.
