Fracturing is a process where a system member fractures into multiple fragments, usually in high amounts. Sometimes, but not always, this causes the original member to have a drastic personality and/or identity change or no longer exists. Depending on the system, the fragments that resulted from a fracture may fuse down into one or multiple people. If the original member disappears completely they can be called an Adraneian and the remaining fragments Ecliptives.
