A term that describes a headmate regarding their role. It may be applied to a headmate who is involved in system-wide tasks.
It envelopes all other management roles, but may be specialized per headmate within a team that works together in-system to influence or benefit system functioning.
Ex.: "Our caretaker guides work together really well when the littles front."
