A homelander is a person who is a member of a system by the simple virtue of living in the system, whether that's in a psychological, mixed, or spiritual innerworld, or a gateway directly considered as part of the system, but never joined the system individually, they just live there whether or not they or their home existed before it was part of their system or not. Homelanders are not NPCs, and are distinct people and autonomous/generally separate, though they may be (mis)identified as NPCs. [1]

This term serves as both a headmate origin term for the people in question, as well as an introtive or introject type term, when applicable, though not all homelanders are outsourced or consider themselves to have a source at all.
