internal age (n.)
Synonymsalter age, headmate age, apparent age
Applies toheadmates, system functions

Internal Age is the age of a headmate inside their system. This does not have to be the same as their body's age, and often isn't.

Often internal age will determine things such as how one appears in the headspace as well as how one acts. In some cases, internal age can determine what one can safely handle.
