The letters m or p stand for mental and phsyical, and are used infront of words to easier differ whether someone is referring to shared reality[1] or their headspace/tempspace[2]/metal image/etc.

Example: "I need to cut p!hair soon" or "I'm just m!running around!"

These are not exlusive to plurals, as singlets can also have metal images[3], or be immersive daydreamers[4]/have MaDD[5]. The terms mental and phsyical aren't used to deny that how someone sees themselves or looks in headspace is any less real than the body they use in the shared reality.

Related Terms

Shared reality refers to the world everyone equally shares and is able to access. This would be the "phsyical world".
