The letters "m" or "p" stand for "mental" and "physical", and are used in front of words to easier differ whether someone is referring to shared reality or their headspace/tempspace[1]/metal image/etc.

An example would be "I need to cut p!hair soon" or "I'm just m!running around!"

The usage of these letters not exclusive to plurals, as singlets can also have metal images[2], or be immersive daydreamer or have MaDD. The terms mental and physical aren't used to deny that how someone sees themselves or looks in headspace is any less real than the body they use in the shared reality.

Related Terms

Shared reality refers to the world everyone equally shares and is able to access. This would be the "physical world".
