A mostive is a system member who is an introject of a character that another member of the system created, especially for a roleplaying game or similar.

The defining trait is that the character was created from scratch or close to it, rather than altered from an already existing character.[1]

The term's name is derived from the Latin 'mos', meaning 'customize'.
