A term describing headmates that have access to the knowledge of every headmates in their system. They can usually see the entire headspace (most of the time) and may or may not also be gatekeepers. Omniscients may also feel like that are constently blurring with others because of this share of knowledge. These headmates also may or may not be cores or hosts.
