Optimist are headmates who are always trying to find the good in things for themselves, the system, and others.[1]
Whether that be finding more good in an already good thing or the little bit of good in a primarily bad thing, they try to boost other system members up when they’re down.
They are always looking for any of the potential positives in anything that happens. They also tend to be, but don’t have to be, the life of a party.
