Pain managers are in charge of controlling and helping others deal with and manage their pain. They can also front to aid the body in managing with their pain in a better way. Unlike a pain holder they don’t store pain but help cope and deal with it. However, a pain manager often will hold their own pain and can often be a pain holder as well
