Parethnic headmates are system members who are a different ethnicity than the body of their system.[1][2]
History
A term coined to acknowledge that the pluran still has white privilege (if applicable) and should not invade the spaces for BIPOC the body does not belong to, while also acknowledging the pluran’s internal identity and the potential importance of said identity.
