A persecutor-manager is a type of persecutor that’s also a manager, innkeeper, overseer, etc. They usually have more of a dissociative approach; they may prioritize their perceived realness over the realness of other headmates, or influence other system members’ feelings without consent. They may push things onto headmates as well, sort of like brainwashing.
