Polyfaceted is a system that has a complex structure with many layers and/or sisasystems and is primarily median. [1]

The use of "faceted" refers to the specifically-median label for system members, facet.

Related Terms[edit | edit source]

This term is meant to mirror polyfragmented, but replaces -fragment with -faceted to apply to people who would otherwise fall under the polyfragmented label but do not have a lot of fragments.

Although functionally synonyms, polyfaceted is seen more as a parallel to polyfragmented while polymedian is more associated with polymultiple. The poly- prefix is often used to indicate a system of 100 or more members, and it may be exchanged for the magni-, kilio-, or astra- prefixes to specify 500+ (magnifaceted / magnimedian), 1000+ (kiliofaceted / kiliomedian), or infinite / indefinable (astrafaceted / astramedian) headmates.
