A post-fictive is a headmate that previously held a fictive identity but no longer considers themselves to be that same person.

The factive counterpart of this term is post-factive. A post-fictive individual may also use terms like altive or fictive-flux.

A headmate that did not previously hold a fictive identity but gained one later on may be considered a pre-fictive.
