A source negative introject is a introject that gets uncomfortable around their source, or gets unpleasant, scared, upset, or general bad feelings from their source. A source negative introject may actively avoid talking or thinking about their source, avoid other introjects of their source, or avoid things that remind them of their source, but they do not have to. [1]

Source positive/neutral/negative terms were made to mirror romance/sex negative/positive/neutral terms, as to give introjects a way to easily explain their relationships to their source.
