Applies tosystems, headmates, system functions

Static is a system member who stays the same. Their identity, roles, looks, and personality don't change at all or don't change for a long time. They are unable to develop any part of themselves.

A static system is one in which most or all of the members don't change, the member count stays the same, and the headspace doesn't expand or collapse.
