Stim Holder is a system role for headmates who handles stimming for the system. They may help by processing things when the system is understimulated/overstimulated and making sure the system takes stim breaks when needed to stay regulated.[1]

This is term exclusive to neurodivergent systems who stim.

Related Terms

Stim Holder is closely related to symptom holders. Stim Holders may be symptom holders as well but they do not have to be.
