Switch sleepy is a term to describe when a headmate may feel drowsy, sleepy, fuzzy, or tired after switching.
A headmate could feel switch sleepy after fronting, after sharing front with another headmate for a short or long period of time, when switching out of front, or any other situation where switching occurs to and/or around them.
The headmate may be affected greatly and need time to rest, or the sleepiness could wear off shortly after. Experiences vary from system to system.
