A symptom holder is a system member who holds symptoms of the body's neurodivergence, mental illness, etc. They may hold certain/specific symptoms, multiple symptoms, or all symptoms.
Symptom holders are similar to emotion holders, and they could co-exist around them. An example would be a depression holder and a sadness holder working together in a system.
