A system member who is actively malicious/abusive. They (may) target those outside and within the system. They're currently extremely reluctant to change but may in the future.[1]
This term is not a role and is a descriptor for system members. It is not to be forced onto system members.
History
This term was originally coined as an alternative to malicitor, but the coiner is no longer comfortable with it being seen as a synonym for it.
