Trechtor is a member of a system who is malicious to others, within in the system or outside the system. These members maybe extremely reluctant to change but may in the future, and they should be given the chance and option to change and grow. [1]

This term is not a role and is a descriptor for system members. It is not to be forced onto system members.

History

This term was originally coined as an alternative to malicitor, but the coiner is no longer comfortable with it being seen as a synonym for it.
