A webtien is a network of systems that function together and who can’t function or have a hard time functioning without each other. These systems could inhabit the same body, could be connected by gateways, or could be systems in separate bodies who rely on each other.
It is possible for nonsystems and nonplurals to also be apart of a system’s network and it can sometimes be a support system.
