A rectangular flag with 7 varying-sized stripes, sized as such from top to bottom & mirrors: thick, thin, medium, medium. The centre stripe is wavy, while the rest are straight. The colours go as such from top to bottom & mirrors: dark purple, dark red-pink, orange, off-white yellow. In the centre is a gold circle with overlapping clock hands, one being translucent.
