A flag divided in half between yellow (top) and purple (bottom). An emboteer, also known as mouthpiece, is a headmate that acts as a persona that members can connect to or talk through.

Etymology[edit | edit source]

The word emboteer comes from the word embouchure, which refers to the way in which a player applies the mouth to the mouthpiece of a brass or wind instrument.

History[edit | edit source]

The term was coined by Tumblr user septembersanctuary on February 10th, 2022.[1] A flag was coined by Tumblr user anendoandfriendo on January 18th 2023.[2]
