An emotion neutralizer is a headmate that fronts after an event that fronts after an emotional experience to neutralize the body's emotions. This does not stop other headmates from being emotional after this experience, even if they are in co-front.
If the emotion neutralizer is able to neutralize all fronter’s emotions on it, those alters may still regain those emotions regarding the event/s after they stop fronting.
