An emotional guardian is a type of emotional processor, whose job is to manage and either absorb or spread a certain emotion throughout the system. They may keep the body from entering a panicked state or limit the level of emotion a headmate can feel in the moment.

As an emotional manager, they may lean more towards observing and judging the situation and selection headmates that are emotionally best-equipped to handle whatever is going on.
