A hunter-persecutor is a type of persecutor that hunts down things deemed "bad". For example, the system may feel like an emotion is maladaptive, so a hunter-persecutor takes it into their hands and hunts it down. They may either punish headmates who hold that feeling, or somehow nullify/take that feeling out.
This may not be to the benefit of the system, as some positive and healthy emotions may be misidentified as harmful.
