Iatrogenic refers to
a) A system was made by other people convincing them they were a system. They weren't a system previously but after people started telling them they were they believed them which led to them actually forming a system.
b) A system formed through therapy. This could be through internal family systems therapy, their therapist convincing them they're a system and them believing them or if they were abused in therapy and had to form a system to deal with it.
c) A reclamation of a term they've had used against them.[1]
The medical definition, specifically, is "induced in a patient by the treatment or comments of a physician," typically psychiatric abuse.[2]
