An intentive is an introject who has in some way intentionally chosen their source. This can be a source from media they have picked and latched onto, or one that they created on their own through writing, daydreaming, or various means. The system does not need to have been aware of them doing this, or even aware of being plural at the time it was happening.

The intentive may have acted as this source as well- akin to an actor in a movie-, but with the source still being closely tied to their identity in some way.
