Internal Age

Internal Age is the age of a headmate inside their system. This may or may not be the same as the body's age. The internal age of headmates in the same system frequently vary wildly and can range from newborn to infinite. A headmate can also be ageless or have an internal age that's an age range or concept.

Internal age often determines a headmate's appearance in headspace. In many cases, internal age can determine or represent the level of responsibility or stress a headmate can handle as well as behavior.
