An internal socializer is the internal communication version of the role socializer, which is associated with external communication. An internal socializer could improve internal communication/make it easier, could relay messages back and forth between system members(aka proxying), improve internal system relations, or anything else regarding internal communication.

The term, along with its flag, were coined by Tumblr user yes-hi-i-am-moe-gai on August 9th, 2022.[1]
