Kin-bleed / kin-bleeding is a phenomenon where a headmate's kintype / kin (what the headmate identifies as) or kinshift (an altered state where a headmate becomes or acts more like their kintype) bleeds or transfers into other headmate(s).

This can manifest as the affected headmates identifying more with the kintype, the headmates also gaining kinshift states where they act more like the original headmate's kinshift, or other such changes.
