A spawn-regulator is a sentient headspace that can populate its own headspace with NPCs. If they form a symbiotic connection with their creation, the NPC may become an extension to the sentispace named Symbio-PC; and if this process is repeated in time/frequency, this may end up creating a full member similar to a Now-PC or NPC-flux (see Symbiogenic or Symbiotive).

A beastmaster is a headmate who can create, remove, as well as control NPCs, among other living parts of a headspace.
