A pain manager is in charge of controlling and helping other headmates deal with and manage their pain. They can also front to aid the body in managing with their pain in a better way.

Unlike a pain holder, they don’t store pain but help cope and deal with it. However, a pain manager will often hold their own pain, and can often be a pain holder as well.
