A headmate whose role is pending is imminent, still being decided and or feels as though it hasn't quite "loaded" in yet, but feel as if they're supposed to have or going to have role(s) and or need or want one or some for whatever reason that may be.
It could be forever pending in or only be pending for a few days or more until a headmate finally knows or receives what role(s) they want and or are/were supposed to have.
