A pseudonaut is a headmate whose role is to cope with and / or hold their system's pseudomemories. They may or may not be able to access the memories, and they may or may not know whose memories they are coping with.

These headmates can choose to take on the role of coping with these memories, as some memories may be upsetting to headmates or to the system, while other headmates can form with the role already, which may be due to their source, if they have one.
