scriptwriter ( n.)
Applies toheadmates

A scriptwriter is a headmate that scripts, masks, or forces other headmates (scripted headmates) to act a certain way. They can have varying levels of control over the people the script for, ranging from only being able to suggest the scripts to fully controlling headmates to conform to their script. This is usually done in an attempt to protect other system members, and the scripts often mirror what abusers want or act like.
