Workbased is a term for a system or headmate whose formation was affected by a job. A workbased system could be caused by workplace trauma or stress; forced labor; headmates forming to perform a system's day job; headmates forming to assist with work; or any other cause indirectly related to an occupation.
This term is not related to roles, which are often referred to as jobs, but rather referring to occupations performed in the outer world.
