&ividual, or andividual, is a term used in the place of individual/person/being/etc. to refer to a system/subsystem/etc. collectively. It is aimed primarily towards median systems, but can be used by anyone.
It is based off of the first person pronouns I&/We&, though it doesn't have to be used with them. It is somewhat similar in use to pleeps, though that term is typically used for groups of separate systems, instead of one system/sisasystem.
