system exclusionist ( n., adv.)

A sysmed is an individual or system that adheres strictly to medical ideas about plurality and enforces those ideas on others, often in relation to causation. Sysmeds prioritize DID and OSDD-1 experiences over others, or do not believe in endogenic systems. They often disparage "inclusive plural spaces", including saying that DID/OSDD-1 systems don't belong within them.

Sysmeds are not those who believe that DID/OSDD-1 systems should have their own spaces, or that traumagenic plurality is different than other forms, as all experiences deserve their own communities.
